Ordering From Bio-Urns
There are only 5 easy steps to owning your very own living urn.
Step 1

Place your order by contacting us through our contact page​. Due to the sensitive nature of our Bio-Urns, they cannot be couriered, so prices are dependant on whether you are able to collect from Norwich or if you need us to arrange delivery with a private driver.
Step 2

After we've received your request, we will reach out to you via email. We will discuss pricing and whether you require collection or delivery. You will also provide us with your address, so we can send you a plastic test tube via Royal Mail.
Step 3
The test tube we dispatch will have your name on it and a unique order number. Once you receive the test tube, you will fill it with the cremation ashes and return back to us.
We encourage you to return it using a 'signed for' mail service.
Step 4

Once we've received your returned cremation ashes, we will begin creating your beautiful living urn.
After it's finished, we will hold on to it for approx. two weeks. In this time, we nourish the plants with vitamins and balance the humidity. We also use this time to wait until we see the plant thriving and growing beautifully. Once ready, we will notify you to arrange a collection or delivery date.
Step 5

Payment is only due on receipt of your Bio-Urns. No money is required upfront.
